The little book of Ikigai is a self help book to that is meant to bring you better health, less stress and more happiness.  Now if you don’t already know how the Japanese think, or rather, how they conduct their lives, then this book is an excellent read for you.  For me it was not a great read as I already know most of the concepts written in this book.  But it did have a lot of interesting stories that I was not aware of so those were quite interesting.   

If you’re interested in learning and maybe integrating the Japanese philosophy in your life then this book is perfect for you.  As this book really brought nothing new for me I’m not going to rank it very high.  But it’s not a bad book by any stretch of the imagination.  Just keep that in mind.
